Workshop
The Workshop meets at 9:00 a.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday after the FOG meeting, including July and August. In May, the seedlings that have been started in the UBC Nursery are planted in our garden bed near the Back 40. There are several rows of lavender at Totem Field. Summer is a busy time as most of the flowers that are collected for drying are harvested then. The Workshop makes all the flower arrangements and bouquets for the Shop in the Garden, Indoor Plant Sale and Apple Festival. All FOGs are welcome as there are lots of different tasks involved and members don’t have to be terribly creative to enjoy working in this Committee.
