Finance Committee
The FOGs Finance Committee consists of the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer, the Past Treasurer and the Shop Treasurer. The first three positions are held successively for two years each, therefore the position of Treasurer is a six-year commitment. The Treasurer and the Assistant Treasurer positions leapfrog in duties. One is Bookkeeper for the FOGs and the other is responsible for Planning and Reporting. Both share in banking duties. The Treasurer and the Assistant Treasurer sit on the FOG Executive; however, they exercise only one vote between them. The Assistant Treasurer must attend some of the meetings for each of the FOGs fundraising events.
